These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and p829 ("p829," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the p829 online gaming platform, including all games, features, services, promotions, and content made available through the p829 website and any associated mobile-optimized browser interfaces.

By accessing the p829 platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. p829 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. To register and maintain an active account on p829, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online casino gaming in the Philippines as established under PAGCOR regulations. p829 does not permit any player below the age of 21 to register, deposit, or wager on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must be the named account holder and be using your own funds for all deposits and wagers. Playing on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

p829 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend any account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be adequately verified, at its sole discretion.

Each individual player may hold only one registered account on the p829 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

When registering for a p829 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The registration process requires a valid email address, a Philippine mobile number, and personal identification details including your full legal name and date of birth. All information provided must match the identity documents you will submit during KYC verification.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

p829 conducts KYC verification in accordance with PAGCOR-aligned compliance standards. Before any withdrawal can be processed, players must successfully complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID — such as a Philippine national ID, passport, or driver's license — along with proof of address where required. p829 may request additional documentation at any time.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p829 account login credentials. You agree to notify p829 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. p829 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to notify p829 promptly.

All transactions on p829 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). p829 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your p829 account instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmed receipt of funds, which typically occurs within the same business day for transfers submitted before the daily processing cutoff.

Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• p829 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside p829's control and are the responsibility of the player.
• p829 reserves the right to place temporary holds on deposit funds pending KYC verification completion.
• Deposits made in error or via an unrecognized payment method may be subject to a return or investigation period of up to five business days.
• p829 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits. Any cryptocurrency transfers directed to p829 payment addresses will not be credited and may not be recoverable.

Players may request withdrawals from their p829 account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and PayMaya cashouts. Minimum withdrawal amounts for bank transfers are displayed in the p829 cashier at the time of request.

Withdrawal Processing Times

• GCash: Standard processing time is under 3 minutes during normal operating hours.
• PayMaya: Typically processed within 5–10 minutes during normal operating hours.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank (InstaPay): Same business day for requests submitted before the daily cutoff. Processing may take up to one business day during peak periods.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name that matches your verified KYC details. p829 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• All applicable KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is released. p829 may place a withdrawal on hold pending additional verification at its discretion.
• Where a bonus has been credited to your account, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.
• p829 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

p829 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin offers, JILI tournament prizes, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses issued by p829 carry a wagering requirement — a minimum total wager amount that must be placed before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Players are encouraged to read bonus terms in full before opting in to any p829 promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only. Players who have not completed KYC verification are not eligible for withdrawal of bonus winnings.

• p829 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Bonus funds will expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time period stated in the individual promotion terms.
• p829 reserves the right to adjust or recalculate bonus amounts where deposits are reversed or chargebacks are initiated.

Malfunction and Technical Errors

Disputed Game Outcomes

All p829 game outcome decisions are final upon completion of the review process.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p829 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on p829, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process.
• Using the p829 platform in any manner that facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially illicit activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software exploits, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game — including but not limited to multi-accounting in poker, trading chips between accounts, or coordinating betting patterns in live games.
• Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals after wagering deposited funds on p829.
• Accessing p829 through a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your p829 account by a third party, including a person under 21 years of age.
• Any conduct designed to abuse promotional offers, including but not limited to bonus stacking, overlay betting, or systematic low-risk wagering to clear bonus requirements in a manner inconsistent with genuine play.

p829 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Account actions may be taken in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, collusion, or abuse of platform systems.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account restriction.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under p829's Responsible Gaming program.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a suspected breach, p829 will conduct a review of the account activity. If the breach is confirmed, any balance remaining in the account — including cash balance and bonus funds — may be forfeited at p829's discretion pending the outcome of the investigation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p829 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the p829 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming session data, account balance discrepancies, or game outcome disputes arising from internet connectivity issues, device failure, or third-party service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or e-wallet providers including GCash and PayMaya.
• Any loss of winnings or gameplay opportunity caused by platform maintenance, technical downtime, or force majeure events.

p829's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms or the use of the p829 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim, regardless of the legal basis of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits p829's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

All content on the p829 platform — including but not limited to the p829 brand name, logo, website design, page layout, game interfaces, promotional materials, graphics, text, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of p829 or its licensed third-party providers, including JILI Games. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the p829 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any p829 content in any form without express prior written consent from p829.

JILI Games and all associated game titles — including Dragon Hatch, Fortune Gems, Super Ace, Golden Empire, and all other JILI titles available on p829 — are the proprietary intellectual property of JILI Technology Corp. and are used by p829 under license. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the p829 platform shall first be submitted to p829's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support via live chat or email.

Where an internal resolution cannot be reached within fifteen business days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration law. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
